“I purchased this pull along caterpillar for my Grand-daughter as a present. It is beautifully made and personalised and was purchased as a Baptism present.
There were a few teething problems with it to start with as the pull along string was frayed a little, however this was quickly resolved and replaced and I can’t thank ‘My first Year’ enough for the professional and speedy way they handled my complaint, and supplied a replacement.
