“I used my first years on average once a month for presents, mainly as there’s no one else really doing personalised baby gifts.
Fairly reasonably priced but the delivery is too long in my opinion (often over a week).”

“Whilst the gift was liked by the recipient's parent's, to me, the sheer timescale between ordering and delivering was unsatisfactory. I was also not informed at the time of ordering that they were struggling to process orders as quickly as they usually do, due to the high demand. I had to contact them, 10 days after ordering to ask if the item has been dispatched as I'd had no contact from them - it hadn't been dispatched and I had an apology and was offered £5 credit to use on another purchase. After my experience this time, I declined the credit as I've ordered similar items from other companies previously when orders have been dispatched next day, so I would be put off from using this company again.”
