“Unfortunately when item arrived in a cardboard box which was damaged on the outside and soaked through to the gift box leaving water damaged stains .. I will not be able to gift this as a 1st Christmas present .. maybe reconsider the packaging”

“Absolutely beautiful music box. Ordered Friday and it arrived Saturday - I am so impressed! They quality of the product was excellent and it is so pretty. With the personalisation it makes it a really special gift. Very very cute and well worth the cost. Sadly the box got damaged on the way but that’s to do with the delivery company not yourselves, so I would wholly recommend this service.”
