“Purchased two rocking chairs as a gift. The manufacturing of these chairs has definitely declined. I’ve bought them over the years for my nieces and loved them. In the recent purchase there’s a gap between the side and the seat on the left but it’s flush on the right. Very disappointing considering the price of the chair. Unfortunately as I had it personalised I can’t return it.”

“Disappointed in the quality. I bought the same chair a couple of years ago and it was lovely, I felt the quality wasn’t as good in this one or the engraving.
We had a similar feeling to a blanket with the name engraved, the first one a couple of years ago was beautiful the second one now definitely not the same quality or thickness - disappointing from what was so lovely!”
