“I ordered this bag for my granddaughters 3rd birthday but unfortunately it arrived too late!! I had to give her it a whole week after her birthday so to say we were extremely disappointed was an understatement. The bag itself is lovely but to not have it in time when I ordered it in advance is very disappointing!!”
