“The back pack is lovely and packaged very well
How ever I suggest you review who delivers your parcels as evri completely ruined the experience. I came home to find the parcel under a bench on the ground in my garden in the pitch black - lying in muck and it was raining very heavily so the box was sodden. All of my neighbours were in and would have taken the parcel if asked”

“I bought this for my grandson starting nursery 1 day a week. He needs to have all his things labelled, so it made sense to get him a rucksack with his name on! I LOVE it!! His mummy loves it too.
