“Not as advertised, the bag is actually a dull pink and off white colour and the hearts are not vibrant looking. Personalised name came out smaller than advertised and slanted. Will give 5* for Great customer service as this was replaced quickly with another bag style although writing was slanted again. Bought several bags from the company and will continue to do so but this purchase was off.”
