“I purchased this backpack for my grandsons 3rd birthday.
when it arrived i was very disappointed. The fabric was very thin, it was supposed to be cord which is usually hard wearing. The fittings were very cheap plastic. The personalised lettering was badly cut out and curling up at the sides. Very disappointing. I had to purchase another backpack to replace it. My first years were very unhelpful in dealing with my complaint.
I was very surprised because i have bought many items over the years and have been more than happy with them. This is a company that charges premium prices the quality should be better. The backpack is on sale for £31”

“Had an issue with delivery which was very quickly resolved after speaking with customer service. I went for this personalised mini back pack with my son’s first initial, the quality is great and really impressed however I noticed the letter is folded on one corner where it has been stuck to the bag, which is a little disappointing, but nevertheless still a lovely item.”
