“The quality of the bag was it's usual greatness from My 1st Years, however, I was disappointed that the child's name was not stitched on like other bags I have purchased, but were letters that were stuck on, so felt the look of the bag for a 1st birthday present was not as great as I had hoped. Wish this had been detailed in the description before purchasing as would have chosen a different bag.”

While the lettering is not stitched on this particular design, we do use a high-quality, heat-pressed vinyl method that is both durable and long-lasting. However, we completely appreciate that you expected embroidery based on your past purchases, and we’re sorry this wasn’t clear at the time of ordering.
We’ve taken your comments on board and will be updating the product description on our website to make the personalisation method more transparent for future customers.
