“Really disappointing product - the letters are stick on, not embroidery. I knew this was a problem on other bags and really zoomed in on the text when choosing this and at the time, it looked like embroidery but that isn’t the case. It’s a shame to spend £5 for stick on letters. I later saw that it specifies it’s a different type of personalisation but unless you know what it means, it’s pointless. Overall disappointed. Not worth the money”
