“The writing on the bag was not in the centre, the bag was squeezed into the free gift box which made the bag have creases.
Didn’t have time to take it back as it was a present.
So I wasn’t happy with the bag.”

“Good bag but the colour of the name stitch is fuschia pink and does not contrast well with the pattern of the bag. Colour of name stitching should be customisable to a darker purple-ly colour. Also, there were parts of stitching around the bag pulling away which I wasn’t expecting from this product and price point. It was packaged nicely in a box.”

“The personalisation does not show up very well against the pattern of the bag. Contacted them regarding this and was simply told the cannot guarantee that the two will not overlap!
