“The back pack is lovely but the box it came in was torn which spoils the gift the boxes should be checked for damage before been dispatched it wasn’t damaged in transit the box was torn”

“Beautiful bag, lovely personalised item.
Just disappointed that the scales on the handles were creased/ bent.
Email send and a response to try and iron but as a gift dare not do this as may ruin product.
Shame as I love the bag and wasn’t cheap to buy.
I do like good quality so hoping my next order will be in perfect condition.”
