“Very disappointed. The personalised dressing gown came beautifully gift boxed but had a terrible chemical smell when opened. I couldn’t decide if it was the box or the tissue paper as everything smelt. The pink dressing gown looked washed out, I would have returned it but as it was personalised item I wasn’t able to do so. I have therefore have had to wash the dressing gown and throw the box away.”
