“The delivery box arrived squashed like it was crushed in the van before arriving. Therefore the item itself was crushed. Specifically the card with my personalised note was folded and creased. I decided not to give it part of the gift for the new born.
Otherwise the bag was really nice.”

“I didn't like this backpack very much. The quality didn't seem great, the stitching was quite messy at bits and the gift box it was in was torn. It wasn't a great experience. I couldn't return the backpack as it was personalised.”
