“Absolutely lovely item but the box was wet and damaged so had to wrap it as was a gift and the outside box was wet through and fell apart when I picked it up”

“finish on gown was awful to the point, I have to go round cutting all the excess thread off the gown (pockets, crown, tags, name embroidery). was a joke!”
