“There were some issues with my original order, of a backpack, as such the personalised name on the bag was a different colour to the website. I contacted Customer service who were absolutely brilliant and were able to replace the backpack to my preferred bag and colour of the embroidery. This was sent within 48 hours of my request which was very impressive. I am truly grateful to Aleksandra who was extremely helpful. Thank you so much.”

“Your products seem cheap but in reality they are very expensive+ delivery not worth it.I wasted £30 for a tiny bag that only fits a sandwich in it.They look cute but too expensive I will not purchase again sorry”
