“The robe was lovely but I’m very disappointed with the damaged box it came in. This is a gift for my first grandchild for Christmas and it’s took away the joy by having to present it in a damaged box. I was hoping the box would be useful for my daughter to store things in it. I read other reviews that have stated the same problem. I don’t understand why this should be the case? I am reluctant to purchase anything else because of this?”

“The penguin fleece is adorable, looks great and is very soft! However sadly the gift box arrived slightly ripped/broken and in a soggy cardboard box, so I wasn’t able to give the present in the gift box which was disappointing.”
