“The quality and size of the actual bag was great but the photo on the website makes it look like it is a white/very light cream base and it is actually quite grey which I didn’t like. The stitching for the personalisation also had a gap in it. However I reported it to their customer service and they have been amazing at communicating and are allowing me to swap the bag. Looking forward to receiving the replacement!”
