“Quality lovely, I've bought from this company a few times . However, they have reduced the size of the free gift box with a purchase, which is fine as still lovely.... I ordered 2 blankets the same ( for twins no personalisation as I do this myself) but was told I could only have 1 gift box per order ... told to buy another gift box ... which worked out dearer that than placing 2nd order ..
So all in all if you require more than 1 purchase from this company you been to place separate order to receive gift box. Disappointing when supporting a small business .... I actually said I'm saving you money by not having personalisation ... but their response was the same, buy an extra gift box ... not good customer service.”
