“ordered a few items for my baby boy and sadly when one of the items came ( personalised) the name wasn’t clear at all, due to the type of font. I emailed them that day and the customer service was absolutely amazing! They couldn’t apologise enough! and the following day I received the same item in a different font. The items are brilliant quality and the customer service was above and beyond.”
