“Unfortunately a gift I bought from My 1st Years was not delivered (by Evri) -- and apparently the package was lost. As soon as | alerted My First Years to this fact, they stepped in to help. To be Fair a replacement was quickly sent via (EVRI) and you Guessed it Parcel has been Lost Again.! A GIFT THAT WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FROM THE START OF JANUARY AND IT IS NOW A MONTH LATER.”
