Dear Maria, Thank you for your review. The doll by Ruby Red Galleria is perfect for play, is safety tested as safe for children from age 3+ . She is a high quality play doll, at a very reasonable price. Priced with children in mind. Definitely not an ornament - a doll for a child to play with. That's not to say that she's dismissed by adults. She's loved by adults too. We are glad you returned her and found another doll closer to what you wanted. Kind regards, My Doll Best Friend
