“The doll I bought for my daughter was an Esther doll which cost about £120 including delivery. The shoes and head dress started falling apart immediately it arrived and it is surprisingly poor quality for the price. My daughter has asked if we can put it on ebay to get rid of it. I would like a refund please, I can only attach one photo to this review but have more if you'd like them! Thanks.”
