“The doll looks beautiful but she has very 'loose ' joints. I was expecting that she would be able to hold positions but this is not possible. I did both email and phone to query this but only had one answer phone message that they would call back to discuss this but nobody ever did. I will probably order from a smaller company next time even if they are slightly more expensive.”

Dear Jane, thank you very much for your feedback. We are a small doll company here and always try to help to answer queries before and any time after shopping. We received the contact form in which you described loose joints on a Happy Kidz doll but you said apart from this you were pleased with her, and that you didn't have a similar doll to compare to her. We phoned to talk to you about what to expect with Happy Kidz dolls but had to leave a voicemail message with some information as you were unavailable. When we called back later we got voicemail again. I'm sorry that we did not either call back another time or leave another message asking you to call us. Happy Kidz dolls are able to pose in the way that Emma does in the photo. We would still be very happy to talk this through with you if you want to. It might also be useful to see the photos in the Gallery on the website where there are some wonderful customer photos showing Gotz dolls posing. We hope that this gives you some more information. “We have Emma in our collection for a while now, and we really like her, her beautiful color eyes are well suited to her beautiful long blonde hair. The only problem we have with this Emma doll is that her legs were not really strained at her body, but rather loose. When we pulled one leg back, her leg slipped back automatically. I do not know if this is the case with Emma, or that more people have this problem. Who recognizes this problem with these Happy Kidz Dolls ?.”
