This front lower performance brace bar stiffens and avoids flexing in the front part of the chassis. “IL motorsports make some great stuff and this hasnt let them down, unfortunately it wasnt a straight swap as all of the fixings for the M6 bolts were missing so I had to go out and get some nuts. It would of made more sense having some on the bracket or some rivnuts. Only thing that let it down. Dont think this has made any benefit to my RF and only bought it as there was a discount code from MX5 parts otherwise Id buy elsewhere. MX5 parts phone manner and customer service is on par with Mazda Customer service, very poor. so very on brand!”

“Appears to be well made and finished, definitely a sturdy design, I bought to replace a standard Mazda lower brace that was coming apart. Item comes complete with additional nuts to reattach plastic under floor trays as these are not captive, unlike the OEM brace. All other original fixings can be reused. Everything matched up perfectly without any issues, so it was quick and easy to fit.”
