Complete set of three air vent trims in a brushed satin finish made by IL Motorsport in Germany. Made from tough ABS plastic, they are very easy to fit using the pre applied 3M tape.Fits all Mk4 models, 2015> including the new RF model.

“They look great and match the original brightwork in the car. The only caveat I would give relates to the installation, which mirrors others experiences.The supplied 3M tape worked to secure the trim, but had to be repositioned around the inner edge of the trim to allow it to make good contact with the car. This was very fiddly to do, but once completed and mounted in the car, it's a perfect job!”

“Not as perfect that MX5parts want you to believe. Having been in the motor trade industry for more that 35 years, these do not fit with the double adhesive tape provided and when you bring this issue to the attention of MX5parts they make you believe its your fault and not the incorrect adhesive tape. Prior to fitting the air vents I cleaned the area several times with alcohol wipes, which were not provided to make sure the area was extremely clean, but still not enough for the tape provided to make a solid fit. I've fitted 100's of trims parts over the years and I know exactly what is expected. The product now fitted with extra double sided adhesive tape looks fantastic, its a pity that MX5parts customer service wouldn't believe your explanation when contacted if only to inform them of the issue experienced with this product .MX5parts you must do a lot better with your customer care.”

“Poor adhesive means they do not stick as others have found - lack of initial grab suspected I secured the one by removal of the adhesive from a second and taped the sides also. The second one I held in place for a minute or so to increase the initial grab. I now have one without the tape of course! Will resort to double backed plastic/blue tack for the last one unless they fall off. 5 for the product and 1 for the 3m fixing.The box looks good though.”
