Complete set of three air vent trims in highly polished chrome made by IL Motorsport in Germany. Made from tough ABS plastic, they are very easy to fit using the pre applied 3M tape.Fits all Mk4 models, 2015> including the new RF model.

“Very overpriced. ú31.50 at time of writing, for three rings of plastic. The 3M double side sticky tape supplied is not thick enough to make contact with the original vent cover. No matter how hard I pushed it would just not make contact. Once they are on they should look good though.”

“It doesn’t fit at all into my 2016's MX5. Poor chrome (plastic) quality and 3M stickers doesn't stick on my current/original piano black air vent trims. MX5 Parts asks me to send back at my expense, but I live in France and it costs more than 20 € to do that…Don't waste your time/miney, don't buy it.”

“Can only award two stars after the purchase of these trims. One for the quick delivery time and one for the look of the trim once fitted. There lies the problem, once again it\'s the double sided tape issue. The tape is located at the bottom of the trim and when pressed into place on the car air vent, none of the trims would stick. I even wiped the vents with surgical spirit to remove any grease. It was obvious to me that the tape should have been placed in a higher position inside the trim. As usual I had to revert to using my own adhesive to make them stick. About time MX5 parts and the manufacturers worked together to ensure a quality finish. At nearly £30 these trims are not cheap.Editors Note: Thanks for the comments, which we will certainly pass on to the supplier, however going by the set we fitted to our own car, if you press them on very firmly with the palm of your hand they do stick well.”

“The chrome trim on the air vents just adds another dimension to the sporty look of the interior of the car. This kit is good quality, easy to fit and looks great.Really glad I bought them.....in the sale!”
