“When i bought my showroom display 2021 MX5 Sports Venture, i eventually haggled a full set of genuine mudflaps, both front and rear, and was left underwhelmed, when i saw them on the car, when i collected it. I know Mazda have carefully designed and tested these mudflaps before offering them for sale, but their so tiny, i often question, do they provide any protection from water and road debris. Their the only mudflaps that are designed to fit a Mk4 MX5 but i cannot really recommend them, due to their miniscule dimensions and questionable protection.”

“Excellent service from MX5 parts, the paint also purchased from MX5 parts is a perfect match. The mudflaps fit well and easily done. The Mazda supplied instructions are hugely overblown, unlike the size of the mudflaps, hence the three stars. They are so small as to be utterly pointless. With the aerosol paint, they cost £112 and protect approximately 2 square inches of paint from the direct impact of debris thrown up by the tyres.”

“All arrived as said , had the local paint shop add colour and I fitted them no bother at all - will say the instructions seemed a bit overly complicated and would almost put you off - but once started had both front and rear sets fitted in under an hour (and in truth , I'm no Mr Marvel with a screw driver ! )”
