Specifically designed to fit across the parcel shelf behind the seats, it uses the tonneau cover pop studs to securely fasten it down. Features a full length zip, two small carry handles, and offers an impressive 19 litres of extra storage space. The bag measures 18cm x 12cm x 90cm.Fits all Mk1, Mk2 & 2.5 models, 1989>2005.Please Note: This will fit cars with soundboards, style bars and windblockers, however it is not suitable for cars that have full roll bars or cages that have legs going backwards through the parcel shelf.

“The Rear Parcel shelf behind the seats on your MX5 Mk1 & 2, has the press studs to fit this bag to. Absolutley ideal if your boot will be full of other gear, but you still need room for more Clothes & or lighter items. The bag is the length of thr shelf & almost cylinider shape. can be secured to the press=studs on the shelf for better retainabiliy. Plus it has a long zip with two zip fastners, so can attain easy access to the bag, with Roof up. Also adds security when roof & car locked. Strong material & can be unstudded from shelf & carried with the two handles attached to the bag. You cannot go wrong with this added extra stowage space..”

“I like the idea of this and have been considering buying one for some time, but was slightly worried about the lack of reviews! However, some Christmas gift money helped me take the plunge….It clips easily into the existing studs on my 1993 S-Special and provides some much-needed storage space for all sorts of bits’n bobs. The zip operates from both ends so you can have the access opening in the middle thus making it easy for either car occupant to get things in and out. It lies pretty flat when empty but will easily swallow up the stuff that usually gets flung onto the back shelf anyway – hats, gloves, CD cases, OS maps, etc.…It doesn’t significantly interfere with hood lowering/raising, although you would need to lower the hood carefully if you have a glass rear window as it will rest slightly on the bag if it’s got lots in it.Verdict – thoroughly recommended, I’m glad I bought it!”
