“Fitted and now the car runs worse than when it had a faulty Mazda O2 sensor. Would not recomend to anyone, waste of time, money and effort.”

“Just fitted one of these and whilst it got rid of the warning light, the car now hiccups and nearly cuts out until it is really warm. A waste of money.”

“Bought and fitted one of these 2 years ago as the original had failed. Starting getting intermittent emission fault light, P1170 code, changed leads, plugs, etc but couldn't stop it appearing. Had to resort to a specialist who changed the IL sensor for a second had mazda one. The specialist diagnostic kit showed the IL and Mazda sensors produced different voltages under the same conditions so the IL sensor is not a direct replacement of the mazda one. Since fitting the second hand mazda sensor a few months ago I have had no further issues. Buy a genuine Mazda sensor if you don't want any hassle.”

“I installed both the front and rear IL Motorsport oxygen sensors on my 2.5 without issue. The engine management light was coming on intermittently showing random miss-fire and under-performing cat, which these resolved. The quality seems to be better than the stock part so I'm very pleased with my purchase.”
