A complete set of Eibach sports springs, which lower the car by approximately 30mm.The Eibach Pro-Kit is the perfect answer for most popular street cars. It's our legendary spring system that dramatically improves both a vehicle's performance and appearance.Pro-Kit lowers your car's centre of gravity, reducing squat during acceleration, body roll in corners and excessive nose-dive under braking. When combined with Plus-1 or Plus-2 wheels and tyres, the Eibach Pro-Kit is the finishing touch to a winning recipe for performance. Pro-Kit also reduces excessive wing clearance, making your car look just as hot as it performs.Great reviews on miata.netFits all Mk2 & 2.5 models, 1998>2005Please Note: This kit is NOT suitable for use on vehicles fitted with Bilstein suspension.

Not too expensive and makes quite a difference to the handling and ride. Worth the investment.

Had mine fitted by a well recommended group, who also completed a full alignment. Car looks great on them. However, the ride is slightly worse, and more importantly, it now scrapes on some local speed humps, which is a bit frustrating.

Well what can I say, After much researching, reading and debating over should I go springs or coilovers I finally bit the bullet andordered a set of Eibach pro kit (mx5 mk2.5 1.6)Fitment was relatively easy, and would have been much simpler had I not recently waxoyled the underside to within an inch of its life causingvarious bolts to become stuck solid!Once fitted, car instantly looked so much better, getting rid of the skateboard look on standard springs with 15 inch wheels. Arch gap at the front was down to approx 1 inch and 1.5 at rear or to be totally precise centre of wheel to arch was front 330mm and 350mm at rear and will probably decrease as springs settle.Next onto the driving, no joke this has utterly blew my mind! Not only is the steering response totally transformed, but the the pickup and braking alsoHow can a car that has been lowered 35mm actually manage to ride better than on standard springs, gone are the crashing and rattling roof beams over potholes, the car now glides and irons out bumps with ease, even on standard 1.6 non-sport shocks. If you are debating whether or not to go for springs or coils I say go Eibach pro kit by all means, they are literally faultless and transform the car totally. My only complaint is that I didn't do it sooner!Hope this helps your decision making! Many thanks,Stephen

These have completely transformed my 2002 Arizona which had done 63000 miles on the original suspension. I fitted at the same time 15x7 et20 wheels on 195 15 50 continental premium contact 5 tyres and had a 4-wheel alignment.Firstly the appearance: can't believe how good the car looks just that little bit lower. The rear especially looks so much better flatter to the ground and with the wheels filling the arches properly. Obviously the wider wheels and lower offset contribute but the car looks so much wider and sportier. I love how the car looks now! Secondly, the ride and handling: wow! This surely is how the car should always have handled. It feels so natural, so responsive and balanced. Squat, roll and pitch have totally gone. So it's not just improved the corners, but acceleration and stopping. And the ride has not been compromised. If anything, I prefer the way it goes over bumps and humps now. Feels like it is dealing with them in a much sharper way, but no harsher. Everyday practicality seems totally fine too so far. I suspect I may have to buy extensions for my car ramps and definitely a lower access jack but it goes over speed bumps no probs. In conclusion, I couldn't recommend these springs more. Of course, the extra width of the wheels, the subsequent lower profile of the tyres and the 4 wheel alignment have all contributed to the astonishing improvement in looks and handling, but to be honest, I wouldn't have lowered the car without these other upgrades too. They all work together to produce an incredible driving experience.

You can tell these springs are quality items just from the finish on them. Fitted by my local garage, Steve Sirrell's of Scholes, Leeds, who did an excellent job and a four wheel alignment at the same time. the car sits about an inch lower so it's not extreme at all. The ride feels a little firmer but not at all uncomfortable. There is noticeably less body roll and the car steers really well and feels altogether more planted. Definitely a sound investment!

Love these springs (though a bit firmer than other reviews had led me to expect). Really easy to fit, as long as you can get the front drop link bolts off, this took most of the time! No need to take the rears links off. You need a mate to push down with a pry bar front and back.

Nice quick delivery but then that's a given! These are a great set of springs, they lower the car just the right amount with similar comfort to original springs but much better handling!Only thing i would say is that it would have made things a bit easier if the springs were marked front and rear (or is that just me?).

fast delivery as usual took them to my local and had them fitted in 2hours needed new droplinks but hey it is 11years old collected "jack" the red Mk2 beast wow what a mess the geometry was out by a mile not the springs fault I would definetly recommend a full geometry check. The guys at Dury Lane Services in Oldham did a full 4 wheel allignment. Stuart went through a before and after results printout to show where all the changes were made They sat me in a great waiting room and even made me a brew and the price 141 pounds inc vat fora full check and set-up.Three hours later and a happy bunny the car is like new corners like its on steroids springs are great too not too hard or stiff but guys if your going to get your springs done spend the extra on a full geometry check and set-up trust me it's so worth it I have had 2 MX's and this one is know like new so what you waiting for buy the springs and if you need you can always have them fitted by the guys at Dury Lane in Oldham and get them to do the set-up at the same time.If you get passed by an old guy in a mk2 red MX-5 called JACK with the reg JCK don't bother trying to keep up with him in the twisty bits unless you have the right spings and a full geometry set-up happy trails.
