The first box I got contained three broken coilovers. Customer service sent me a second box, in this box one of the coilovers was broken as well.I would like to say that the customer service here at MX5parts works really great, but I'm skeptical to the packaging and quality control at Vmaxx.I really think the Vmaxx boxes needs better packaging if they are going to be sent out with regular delivery trucks instead of being delivered on a pallet. The coilovers do not come with any instructions, except for a single illustration showing that you should remove your bump stops before mounting the Vmaxx.I have driven with the Vmaxx for a couple of months now, they do their job, but has developed a quite loud squeaking.Since I don't have anything to compare to, I'm not sure whether my 2/5 rating is fair. Perhaps this is much for the money, perhaps not.All that I know is that if I could do this purchase again, I would opt for something with better quality than this.I would also like to say that setting up adjustable coilovers is quite a hassle. I needed to lift my car a couple of times before I could get it perfectly level.Just measuring doesn't seem to be enough.
