“Very happy with this kit so far. Needed to replace the original set which had done 34,000 miles and developed a wobble under braking probably due to warped disc. Very pleased with the service which took about 3.5 hrs including fluid change. Wobble gone and bite much much better, now can brake hard and confidentaly. Would defo recommend.”

“Great service from Mx-5 Parts, supplied and fitted, and quickly too, would go for this fit again when these are due a change. They aren't painted so you will see rust on the main break hub but that doesn't bother me. Could be worth a quick spray of silver / black hi temp paint before fitting to stop the visual rust. Would happily pay for them to do it next time. Could not beat this price even if I did it myself. It would have only saved me a few quid so why not get it done professionally.”

“Just fitted this package. Braking efficiency greatly improved. Good kit, good price. Prompt delivery. Have painted unswept discs areas in Ferrari red gloss heat resistant paint. Also calipers. Looks terrific. Keeps dreaded rust away! Can't recommend highly enough. DO USE HEAT RESISTANT PAINT though, important.”

“Booked this some weeks ago and could not believe the price. Ever the sceptical I wondered what the catch would be, i should not have been so doubting. From arrival and dropping of the car to returning a couple of hours later everything was perfect. Was going to fit these myself but my wife and I drove from Bournemouth and combined it with a visit toGun Warf Quays. Very cheap taxi there an back and a good day out. Returned to find car finished and ready, price exactly as quoted.These guys are great and the brakes are excellent.Can't praise this enough.”

“After a recent track day I needed new pads and since the car was on its original discs at 40000 miles I decided to change the discs as well. I was amazed at the price of this package so, after a phone enquiry to mx5 parts to ask about the suitability of the pads to my needs (weekend driving plus the odd track day), I bought these. They were fitted by my local garage (for only £50) and I am very pleased with them. They have good initial bite and stop the car really well. I agree with the previous reviewer about the rust on the unswept area of the disc but can't really complain at the price. As I intend to do a few more track days this year I'll probably go through brakes quite often. I might try Mintex pads for a change next time as they also seem to be well priced.”
