What a difference these make!
A beautiful looking pair of high quality fog lamp bezel trims for the new Mk3.5 facelift. Made from ABS plastic and then chromed, once fitted they really do bring the front of the car alive, and look like they should have had them from the factory!
Fits all MX5 Mk3.5 models, 2008>2012
Please note: These are not suitable for American spec models which have parking lights incorporated into the fog lamp bezels, and the are also not suitable for the very latest 2012> Facelift as the fog lamps have changed..........again!

“I saw a mk3.5 with these bezels fitted a few weeks ago and was really taken by the factory fit look and how they enhanced the front of the car. I ordered a pair from MX5 Parts and they arrived in two days.After cleaning the existing area that the bezel would cover I followed a tip in a previous review and added a bead of mastic near the leading edge two-sided tape on the rear and fitted the bezels. (I suspect that the two-sided tape would have done the job on its own).I am very pleased with the fit and the appearance of these bezel’s and have already encouraged another owner to buy a pair.Richard.”

“Slight amendment to my last post where I wrote :silicone applied along tape before applying will give greater strength if worried!!..should read "silicone applied ALONGSIDE of fixing tape will give added adhesion!!"”

“Ordered one day delivered the next fab service as always:Tips to fit ,original bezel must be grease free,do NOT used white spirit it is oil based so defeats the object,do NOT use thinners it can and will melt the original surround,use either alcohol hand wipes,or rub over gently with wet and dry which will slightly roughen surface leave it clean and make fitting a doddle,,,,,,silicone applied along tape before applying will give greater strength if worried!!”

“Fantastic. A few tips for fitting I used a extra 2 sticky mirror pads on each trim, I then cleaned the plastic part it was being stuck to, I cleaned it with white spirit and then tried it out by seeing if masking tape would stick this didn’t work so then tried meths then surgical spirit but the masking tape still wouldn’t stick I then tried thinners (do so at your own risk) the plastic then went a kind of white but the masking tape stuck like glue put the trims on seem to have stuck very strong and still very tight. A nice cheap mod.”

“I bought these trims from direct from IL Motorsport before MX5 Parts were selling them so they have been on my car about a year and a half. No problems with the 3M tape, just made sure the surface was cleaned and used a hairdryer to warm things up. A great enhancement to a not so great piece of moulded black plastic. There should have been something shiny there in the first place!”

“Very pleased with these and they have remained secure on my car for the last 10 months so there is no need to be concerned about the adhesive :-). on my black Sport Tech they are the best exterior upgrade other than the Zunsport stainless grill. A must that Mazda seem to have adopted on other models. Like the intermittent wiper upgrade, they should have been stock.”
