Xenon Max Headlamp Dipped Beam Bulb Upgrade.
Up to 100% brighter than the standard bulb, incredibly bright white light with enhanced performance for greater light output. Provides better reflections from road markings and signs. Objects can be seen more clearly at a distance of 75m on dipped beam. Fully 'E' Marked and road legal. UV protected and suitable for use in plastic lenses. So banish the darkness and fit XenonMax.
Supplied as a pack of two bulbs, these are suitable for all Mk2.5 models, from 2000> up to chassis number 413680.
Please Note: The dipped beam bulb is the OUTER of the two headlamp bulbs.

“Product purchased 17 July 2012, installed 31 July.Quick delivery and excellent follow up on some early misunderstandings.Light very good and bright, much better than the "standard", however....too bad the first bulb blew on 5 September 2012, a melted hole in the bulb. so that is only about 5 weeks installed, and max 20 hours of use! - not what I expected.”

“Good while they lasted, which was a shade under 2 months. Passenger side had blown completely - not glass but filament intact. Drivers side has a large blister on the side of the glass:(Can't fault the service from MX5parts though - quick delivery.”

“After checking my chassis number, which matched with the number on advert for these lamps, I ordered them.I received them 2 days later. I opened the blister pack, took the bulbs out & removed one from my 2003 mk2.5. I attempted to replace the first bulb, but it would not go in because the lugs inside the bulb did not match up with the ones on the bulb holder on the loom.I phoned MX5 parts to complain, but they said as far as they were concerned they were the correct ones ! They would not have them back or credit them as they had been opened ! How the hell are you supposed to check if they fit without opening the pack ?????????Never again ! Do not buy these bulbs !Editors note: Sorry to hear you have had problems with this item, someone will be in touch soon to discuss the matter.Editors Note: We have now fully investigated this matter and they are the correct dip beam bulbs for Mk2.5 models up to chassis number 413680.”
