“I bought a set of these for the rear spruce up of my 97 NA. The old ones are a nightmare to remove but they eventually come out with persistence and a breaker bar. My advice would be not to cut them. Great service as always from MX5Parts.”

“As other reviews, the thread on this bolt is M12 x 1.5 and not M12 x 1.25 as you may find fitted to your vehicle. MX-5 Parts are refusing to accept any responsibility and will not work with me to rectify damaged parts caused by the incorrect thread shipped to me. Dissatisfied considering my high order value, poor service.Editors Note: Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied, however as we quite clearly stated in our reply to you, we have found another part number for these bolts but need to order one and get it here to check and make sure it is what we think it is. We also said that as soon as we have done that we will be in touch with you again to get the problem sorted.”

“Beware - Purchased these bolts from 2001 NB. Thread on bolt received is 12mm dia. x 1.5mm pitch. It is believed that bolts on NB cars from 2001 onwards are 12mm dia. x 1.25mm pitch. Suggest ordering nuts at same time.”

“I have upgraded the rear suspension with poly bushes, both rear hub lower bolts had to be replaced they are next to impossible to get the bolts out without cutting them.”
