Fitted the mazda stainless steel grill yesterday. Simply fantastic change in appearance of front end, espically as chrome out of black body. Couple of suggestions. 1) I bought a polishing kit out of halfords, best to buff up the rather matt original condition pre fitment.2) everybody talks about no removal instructions for front bumper. In your section on mazda speed induction kit there is a pdf for the removal. Very straight forward. No need to remove wheels just remove plastic bolts on full lock outward. All 3 wing bolts and nuts can be removed with arch liners just peeled back. 3) You may want to cut off more of the white polystyrene behind the nose of the bumper. With the recommended 40mm off the white still shows. 4) Make sure you buy the appropriate long allen key for the replacment 2 hidden bolts and have a kid with skinny arms around to put them in once the bumper is back on! 5) Im a bit of a novice but it did take 4 hours. Still well pleased and so glad I got this one as opposed to Zunsport clip on. This looks like it was meant for the car and gives it a jaguar like front end. Nice one MX5 parts.

Looks great when fitted. The front bumper needs to come off and the supplied mazda fitting instructions don't tell you how to do this though. Not difficult mind, need to remove bolts along top and bottom of bumper plus one bolt and two nuts in each wheelarch. There are also two more bolts hidden behind pop-out bits in the standard plastic grille. Might also be an idea to wrap the bit of polystyrene that lives behind the bumper in black tape so it's not so visible through the new grille (the standard plastic one is blanked out at the top to cover it up).
