Switch arrived in Australia within about 10 days well packed and in excellent condition. Now in car, works well and solved the problem I had of no accessory power. No photo provided as switch when installed is not visible.

Very easy to fit in less than 10 minutes. Starting problems fixed. My only criticism of this ignition switch is that it seems to be easily prone to burnt. pitted internal contacts. It's a Mazda design fault. I replaced the original 1990 ignition switch in 2017, after a couple of years of intermittent ignition problems, in 2017. Now I've had to replace it again in 2024. I've managed to dismantle the newly replaced switch without breaking the plastic housing, and cleaned the switch contacts. So I now have a spare to swap in if the ignition problems start again.

Easy to install - 15 minutes maximum. Only potential difficulty is the tiny space in which to get at the single screw securing the switch to the body of the rest of the unit. Easily solved by using a spanner and a hexagonal Phillips screwdriver bitResolved starter motor problems - no more random clicking, and engine now starts first time, every time. Also windscreen wipers now appear to be working a little faster.I don't know if it's my imagination (probably is) but the engine also appears to be running smoother and more efficiently. Not exactly cheap, though, for what it actually is.
