“US customer. I really like rear fog lights and have added them to most my cars. This OE part is much more fitting than the typical Hella lamp that hangs below the bumper. Regarding the pic, I understand the proper usage and it's typically switched off... this was just for the pic.”

“I purchased this to replace my original lamp. The mild steel bracket behind it has rusted completely and the lamp was hanging off. I had to purchase an entire new lamp and after a poor experience or trying to buy a used example I came to MX5 parts.Next day delivery and well packaged. Lamp was an easy fit once I had drilled out my old rusted fixings.However, despite the first review of this lamp dating back 7 years complaining about the lack of fixings, MX5 parts still have not listened, so a trip out to B&Q to buy a bag of nuts (M6) when all that was needs was for a couple of nuts worth 10p to be thrown in the box before posting......”

“Exact replacement for the original fog lamp including the wiring loom connection. Relatively easy to fit, it took me only 5 minutes but took 30 minutes to drill out the old rusted bolts! The unit does not come with nuts and washers. Excellent service and delivery from mx5 parts as usual. When fitting I cut the old wiring at the light unit and taped the new wiring to the old so that pulling the new wires behind the tight space between bumper and suspension and through into the boot was simple . Connecting in the boot is just a matter of unplugging the old wire and pushing in the new.”

“Still no nuts or washes supplied, but as expected worth the money as it fits perfectly. Wiring a little tricky to thread between bumper fixings, but if you tie some string to the old connector before removing it, it will help with the feeding of the new loom back to the boot.”

“Having seen the previous review I queried if nuts and washers could be supplied. The person at MX5parts.co.uk I spoke to had no idea and suggested I email the company to find out. Maybe I should have done because nuts still are not supplied which is quite frankly ridiculous!”

“The usual great service arrived just after placing order. After having drilled off my old fog lamp I was a bit upset that no nuts or washers came with the new fog lamp. For the price of the item I would have thought all fitting bits would be provided. Had to go and buy nuts and washers to fit. Easy job when all bits arrived.”
