“Won\'t let me put 0 stars. Ordered blade and it arrived in 2 days. The problem was it did n\'t contain any fittings in the pack. When I rang to complain, I was told to use the old fitting \'Thats what everyone here does\'. The problem was having removed the old fitting (which was n\'t easy) it was too wide to go into the arm and the round spindle it clips to was at least 1mm different diameter from the original arm. I rang again and was told I would be sent a replacement. A week later I have just recieved a refund- Which is OK but I have now been waiting 10 days for a wiper blade, that never arrived, so I have n\'t been able to get the car MOT\'d. Why not just tell me you were n\'t replacing it and I could have bought one a week ago. Not impressed shan\'t be back.Editors Note: Very sorry to hear about the problems you have had with this order. A member of the management team will be in touch with you shortly to rectify the matter.”

“Ordered late on Saturday, goods arrived first thing Monday, usual first class service. Now, after having phaffed about with expensive Bosch wiper blades and having suffered the skipping, jumping and scrapping squealing noise of them failing to clean the windscreen properly, it was an absolute pleasure to notice the complete silence and perfectly cleaned windscreen after fitting these ones. A first class product and I would highly recommend then to anyone.”
