“Very fast postage as always. These covers are good value for money compared to some of IL Motorsport's much smaller chrome accessories costing more. The quality is superb and take seconds to fit. The pre fitted self adhesive tape is strong and perfectly adequate IF the surface of the mirror is THOROUGHLY CLEANED using Isopropyl alcohol (I used brake cleaner) first and the temperature is warm enough. Unfortunately there aren't any fitting instructions stating this. The fact they don't cover the base of the mirror as one reviewer complains about is for obvious reasons. Not sure how they'd look on their own without the trim rings (available separately) as my car already has them.”

“Just a quick update now that iv had these covers fitted for a while, the quality of the chrome is very high and i feel confident they wont chip easily or start flaking. I still really like the look i just wish the fit was a bit more complete”

“Good and bad here! Good being that the fitted covers look awesome! I was sceptical about fitting lots of chrome and only ordered the covers as the door mirrors on my car had become chipped so this was easier than respraying but i am so happy with the look i am considering other exterior chrome! A child could fit these with no difficulty but i am waiting to see how durable they will be in the long term! Now the bad! Not really the product as such but more the manner in which they are advertised. The advert claims that the whole door mirror can be covered and this is plainly a lie they do NOT cover the whole mirror there a large gap around the back and the photos have been angled so that this is not visible! Coincidence? I doubt it”

“Be Warned, I was looking for what looked like a factory fitted Chrome Wing Mirror, having already purchased the Chrome Door Mirror Ring Trim - Which by the way looks good - but the Chrome Door Mirror Body unfortunatley looks like a retro aftermarket fit. There is a one inch gap at the base and a gap at the inner aspect of the Mirror Body. I was hoping that the whole Wing Mirror body would be enveloped in Chrome but alas not”
