“I bought these in late April and haven\'t used the car much because of the wretched weather. Still, they are showing signs of wear at the heel points as others have pointed out. The material is composed of cheap compressed fibres rather than proper tufted carpet you might expect for this price. Much is made of these being OEM, but if this is representative of Mazda\'s current OEM quality I won\'t be buying a new car from them. My advice is to steer clear and maybe check out MX5 parts\' own brand. Worst value for money I have experienced in a long time.Editors Note: Thank you for your comments and sorry to hear these did not meet your expectations. “Pretty good! Could be a bit deeper pile for the money but the fastening system is easy to fit and I'll be glad to get away from the slipping drivers side mat I've been living with for the last 6 months!”

“My Daughter gave these to me as a present, had to wait untill Christmas to open the package and within minutes they were installed, look very good , the MX%5 logo looks very good indeed,now to see if they stand up to wear and tear, I cannot find any reason to question the quality at this stage so time will tell.”

“Thanks Frank. Great service, next day delivery. These are exactly the same mats that cost me £40 from my dealership 3 years ago (who tried to charge me £10 for fitting them at the service!!. Even with postage £7.38(which isnt mentioned untill check out) Im still a few quid better off and I havent had a 12 mile round trip to get them.They usualy last me about 3 years and I do a lot of around town motoring.”

“These mats were bought for me as a Christmas present. I wanted these particular mats as they were direct replacements for the original items which were starting to show their age. These mats may be genuine Mazda but the quality is very poor. They are not the same fabric as the originals, it must have been changed as they look and feel very cheap. The mats I was sent also had a mark running across. I requested a refund which I got but I was left to pay the re-postage costs which came to over £8! Overall a disappointing experience”
