“Hard to comment on the hood as it may have had a defect. As instructed, I waited for two months after fitting before I put it down for the first time. The hood was very hard to put up, seemed to allow more wind noise into the cabin than the previous one and split about a month after that. In total, it lasted three months. But these things happen, and both the hood manufacturer and MX5 Parts went above and beyond to rectify the situation. A new hood was fitted free of charge with zero hassle. I was offered several options to get the new one fitted at MX5 Parts in Portsmouth or at the manufacturer. Impressed with the level of customer service and would definitely use MX5 Parts again.”
