“On first glance this is a lovely addition and much better than the hard armrest on the standard trim. It is easy to fit and works very well utilising the cup holder slots for fitment. However the materials used for the hinge are just not up to the job, there is a lot of armrest and little material at the hinge, this can place a lot of sideways force if you happen to lean over to the passenger side for any reason. I have glued it back together twice now with the break happening in 2 different places around the hinge ( the bond created by super glue is very strong). Until the manufacturer addresses the strength/materials of the hinge assembly I can't recommend it at this price level. I'm more careful hoping to avoid further breaks but a car interior accessory that is in continuous use needs to be up to the job. BTW this has happened in the course of 5 trips out in the car!”
