This flexible silicone joint courtesy of IL Motorsport replaces the original hose between the air box and the intake manifold. It cause far less interuption in the air flow due to having fewer ribs, the result being not only improved throttle response, but they look pretty good too! Available in either black, blue or red. Please choose which colour you prefer from the drop down box.
Fits all 2.0L Mk4 models, 2015> including the 2016> RF.

“Fitted this to replace the standard tatty looking hose. Finished the induction system I had with the BBR ram air induction and K&N panel filter. The original hose clips were a rusty let down and shame new ones don't come with the hose. I purchased a pair of satin black hose clips to go with the black hose from ebay for a few quid. You will need a pair of 60mm to 80mm size narrow clips. Initial feel is that the throttle does feel perkier and does feel in the bum dyno , nippier than without it on. Worth it for a cheapish mod.”

“Excellent modification to the induction system - BUT the tubing needs ideally about a 1/4" removing at the airbox end as it is slightly too long, first action is to remove the plastic lip/stop on the airbox ducting to allow full fitment without straining the airbox installation, this has been the action needed on my 2.0 litre RF with both back & red hoses, otherwise all good.”

“What a difference! Fitted this within minutes along with a Pro Ram panel filter I had bought elsewhere, and the 2 together seriously make a massive difference. Much better on throttle response! A definite MUST buy! for the 2.0 engine”

“received my Red version and was a doddle to fit, took 10 minutes and a bit of a gentle persuasion but soon noticed the difference in the throttle response and noise change was very welcome, only downside with it was that there was slight cosmetic marks on the red version but nothing to warrant anything less than 5 stars to be honest. A must buy if only for dress up, but you will not regret fitting one when you feel the change in response for sure!”
