“My driver's door central locking was becoming unreliable a couple of years ago, especially in hotter weather, apparently a common problem, at the time I couldn't get a new item, so I fitted a good used one, this lasted a bit longer but eventually developed the same fault. I put an order in which had to go on back order for a bit, but as soon as stock came in, the order was dispatched, Fitted it, fault resolved, good as new. As this item was fitted up to MK 3.75 (NC3), and it seems to be a common issue on MK3s, I'm hoping there were some design robustness improvements along the way that mean these current new Mazda parts, will be more reliable than the original MK3 (NC1) version. Excellent service from MX5 Parts as always.”
