“I'm sorry to say these mats smell a lot from the rubber. When I got mine I left them outside for a week and they still smelled really bad. I then tried to wash them with washing-up liquid and it did not help. I've now had them outside for about 1,5 month and it has gotten better but not good enough for my nose.I got the suggestion to wash them with soapy water and will try that as well...”

“I've previously used the genuine Mazda carpet mats but find they wear quickly on the driver's side (why does no one sell single mats?) so decided to try these. Time will tell whether they last longer, but they fit as well as the genuine Mazda mats, look very smart, will be easier to keep clean and are, of course, cheaper.As others reviewers stated, they do stink, but a few roof down journeys should sort that!”

“Look like great quality and they fit well, but the smell is something else. I will be leaving them in the garage for a couple of weeks to see if the smell goes away because it won't be any pleasure in the car with this level of smell.”
