Stormforce - The latest Generation Car Cover! This Cover-Zone unique fabric is a result of years of research & development to produce a fully waterproof cover that is also breathable. These covers utilise modern high-tech manufacturing techniques that ensure that maximum protection for your car’s paint and bodywork is maintained through years of service.Stormforce covers are Coverzones flagship product & are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They feature a 4 layer construction that includes a strong, robust outer layer, padded second layer & a soft inner lining. The third layer is a special waterproof/breathable membrane that allows damp & moisture to escape from the covered vehicle but stops rain & dew from penetrating the cover. All 4 layers are bonded together & the resulting fabric has a sturdy, padded feel. These covers protect against hot sunshine, rain, hail, snow, frost, tree sap, birds, pets, dirt, dust, scuffs & scratches and are 100% ultraviolet resistant.Welded seams are used wherever possible & double stitched hems ensure long life & total outdoor protection. They are suitable for year round use in all weather conditions and are incredibly strong. In very low temperatures, the fabric remains pliable & in strong, hot sunshine they keep interiors cool & protect from top/interior fade, paint damage & other sunshine degeneration.Available for all models, 1989>, please choose your models from the drop down box. Mk4 option now available which includes the RF!

Unfortunately my experience with this product is the same as other reviews. I bought a second one (stupidly, thinking it was a different product) after the first slowly disintegrated over a year or so, leaving the car always covered in particles (which I thought was sand as we live near the sea) but fortunately was only the disintegrating cover. The description says it is a four layer cover with a soft liner. It's not. It is ONE layer (I have checked the seams) and the inside is exactly like the outer, leaving lots of hairline scratches. The only good thing is it is lightweight and slightly stiff so easy to put on and off and fits fairly well. Disappointing that MX5Parts has had this type of review before (and refunded) yet continues to sell this product knowing it is not fit for purpose and is not as described.

Dreadful cover, you will be lucky to get a year and a half of use from it. Should be called 'complete farce / No weather cover'. Avoid at all costs. After about a year they begin to turn to powder and crumble away to nothing. First one lasted about 1.5 years, MX5parts kindly agreed to replace it under warranty, however the replacemnt barely lasted a year. Very dissapointed with the quality of these covers, they really shouldn't stock or sell them as they're not fit for purpose.

Seems like a nice quality cover but it started to disintegrate after using it outside over 2 winters

New storm force cover bought in March 2020, removed it this morning and the car wet in places as a result of the first rain in months. When will you supply a cover that actually works as it should.

Before you order double check that Mk1 NA cover has been altered so that it fits. Mine didn't and was returned same day then it was swapped for a Mk2 version which fits very well.Top marks to Bryan at MX5parts no quibbles, no fuss and fast turnaround.Excellent service as always just a shame about the original product.

Having had 5 Outdoor Monsoon covers in 6 years, all of which disintegrated after about a year, I bought a supposedly much superior Outdoor Stormforce cover. This is not a great fit on a MK1 and has not lasted much longer with the surface finish turning to dust and the car getting damp. I have just bought another Stormforce which will last this winter hopefully. This a very expensive way of protecting a car. Surely there are better quality covers in the market.
