“The instructions say you have to remove a small section of the bodywork to fit the lower screw fitting. This just requires a Stanley knife. the hole is already pre-drilled. Anyone can do it. very happy.”

“Very very very very expensive for what is (lets face it) two bits of plastic (shame on you Mazda) ! On the other hand the fit was perfect and only took me 20 mins to fit the front two guards. Unable to get these in Highland Green so purchased the Glossy Black ones which look very good. While I would normally tell folk to follow instructions - you really do not need to jack the car up to fit these - just turn the steering to full lock. If you can't get the right colour for your car - Black tends to go with anything and saves you the time and expense of getting them sprayed. Apart from the cost (which I am still recovering from) - a fantastic addition to your MX5 and also a fantastic service from MX5parts as usual - well done.”

“Fitted the front set. An excellent colour match and very easy to fit; took less then 30 mins. They look like they belong. However, they were not fitted for cosmetic reasons but to gaurd against mud (there's a clue in the name!) as the car is used all year round. They also meet this criteria. Not the cheapest option but the only realistic one.”

“Nice colour match, easy fit apart from one screw at the bottom of the rears, WD40 and mole grip to undo. Usual quick service from MX5Parts.Hope these will stop the stone chips I am getting on the nearside mirror.”

“Ordered monday and received by lunchtime tuesday - front and rear.Paint finishe and colour perfect and 35mins later all four on. Admittedly I had a mate round but one set of tools meant it wasnt a completely joint effort.One trapped nut on the rears but other than that silky smooth. They really suit the car and arent obtrusive or over the top - would recommend these to anyone.”
