“Very bad customer service. Some one hit my car. It wasn’t my fault it’s been more than 2 weeks I haven’t get any call or anything.
I was in stressed. In lockdown I want use my car. Not a public transport.
I am not happy at all.

“Very un-organised and unprofessional, they did not send my proof of no claims through at the end of my previous policy, then when I done my renewal and changed vehicle they first of all somehow forgot to transfer over my breakdown cover which I had to brake down to find out, they then tried to charge £105 to correct their error. If that wasn't enough it turned out that somehow even though you type your registration in so they can find your vehicle and mine said Renault traffic van, they somehow managed to make the mistake and put it down as an estate vehicle which meant the whole time I was paying them for cover I wasn't covered anyway. Wouldn't recommend to anybody”
“Absolute nightmare, constantly being required to re send documents. Currently arguing the extra £300 they are trying to con me out of with their “Mid term adjustments.” I will never use this company again and highly encourage you not too either!!!”
